The Package that you Purchased (if you are a Project Owner)
The Options that you Selected on the Project Setup Page (if you are an Account Owner or Administrator)
The Permissions you’ve been Granted (if you are a Collaborator)

Open an App from the Workplace Screen
1. Go to your Workplace Screen
From the Home screen, click on the Project that you want to work on
The Project’s Workplace opens
On the Project's Workplace screen, Click the App of your choice
The App will launch
About Apps, Sections and Uses:
The Apps are organized in sections depending on what they are used for:
Administration & Team Management, used for Project Set Up and Team Configuration by the Account Owner, Company Owner, Sales Manager or Marketing Manager
Project Configuration, This section supports users who are typically responsible for the initial set up and ongoing edits during the development’s marketing and sales cycle. (Project Administrator, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, etc.)
Project Management, The applications support users who are responsible for setting up all the product details within the development project (Project Administrator, Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Internal or External Real Estate Sales Team etc).
Marketing & Communications Management, used for development and support of marketing activities by Marketing Manager, Designer, Production Artist, Web Designer/Programmer or External Advertising Company.
Customer & Transaction Management, used by internal or External Sales Representatives, Sales Administration and Coordinators to support sales and marketing personnel.

To find out more about an App, go to Workplace, hover over the App Icon, and click Settings. This opens the App’s information Drawer where you can see both information about the App and Updates.
Navigate Between Apps or To Go Back to Workplace
Info: How to Switch Apps from Inside an Application:
You can quickly Switch from one App to the other using the Switch App Icon. This icon can ONLY be Accessed when you are INSIDE an Application.
2. Switch Between Apps
While Inside any App, go to the Top Right of your screen
To the left of the Help Tool find the Switch App Icon - four squares
Click the Icon
The Applications Drawer will open
From the List, Select the App you want to navigate to
The App will Launch
3. Go Back to Workplace
While Inside any App, go to the Top Right of your screen and find Help Tool – question mark Icon
To the left of the Help Tool find the Switch App Icon – four squares
Click the Icon
The Applications Drawer will open
Scroll Down to the Bottom of the List
Click Back to Workplace
Do you Need Help?
4. Access our Help Tool
If you at any point get stuck and Need Help, go to the Top Right Corner of the screen and click Help
Enter a word, sentence, or question, and the Relevant Articles will be displayed
If you can't find what you're looking for, go to the Bottom of the help tool Pop-Up and click Contact Us
Fill in the Required Fields, and a Support Ticket will be generated
To read an Article In Full, find the title and click the Expand Tool next to it
This will redirect you to the article in Bildhive’s Knowledge Center
To submit a ticket from the Knowledge Center, go to the Top of the screen and click Submit a Ticket
