Use this app to monitor and analyze all key activities—emails, leads, sales, inventory, and web traffic—in one place. Use insights to make smarter decisions.

Get Started

Launch the Reports and Analytics App (RA)

  1. Access the app via the project’s Workplace:
    Under Administration & Team Management, select Reports and Analytics (RA)

  2. Then, use the Left Navigation Bar to switch between report types


Email Report

Introduction:

Within the Email Report section in the RA, you can track performance, verify list health, and protect your sender reputation through multiple reporting tools. Use the top tabs to navigate within the different tools.


Broadcast Report 

Access and Details

Use this tool to monitor the performance of each email campaign.

  1. To access a list of the reported broadcasts:

go to Reports and Analytics > Email Report >Broadcast Report

  1. Click Preview Email to check out a specific email’s template

  2. Click View Report to see an Overview of a specific broadcast’s report, its Engagement, or Other Activities 


!! To delete bounced, unsubscribed, and suppressed leads go to: 

CRM > Settings > Data Management > Manage Data > Bulk Delete.


!! To verify bounced, unsubscribed, and suppressed leads go to: 

CRM > Settings > Data Management > Manage Data > Lead Verification.


Domain Report

Introduction: 

This report provides aggregate statistics for your entire sending domain, allowing you to monitor the health of all email campaigns. The report includes key metrics that should be used to evaluate overall deliverability, spot trends, and optimize future email performance.


Access and Details

  1. To access a list of the reported domains, go to: Reports and Analytics > Email Report >Domain Report

  2. Click View Report to view a specific domain’s report overview


!! What are aggregate statistics?

They are Domain-wide email performance trends.


Domain Report Overview (Info Chart)


Metric

What it Means

Accepted

Emails that were accepted by the receiving server.

Delivered

Emails that reached the inbox.

Opened

Recipients who opened the email.

Clicked

Recipients who clicked on links in the email.

Failed (All)

Total number of failed deliveries.

Failed (Temporary)

Soft bounces due to temporary issues (e.g., full inbox)

Failed (Permanent)

Hard bounces due to invalid addresses.

Unsubscribed

Recipients who opted out.

Complained

Recipients who marked the email as spam.


!! Want to adjust the report period to a specific domain?

  • Find the Domain Name in the list, 

  • Click View Report  to open the domain’s Report Overview page 

  • At the top right of the domain’s Page, specify the period you want reported 


Email Monitoring – Integrate with Google Postmaster 

Introduction:

This tool helps you manage your email integration status and sync health. This feature is available ONLY if you are using Google as your email provider. Follow these steps to integrate with Google Postmaster and start monitoring your email:


Set-Up:

  1. Go to: Reports and Analytics > Email Report > Email Monitoring 

  1. Verify Domain Ownership

  • Log in to your Google Postmaster Tools account

  • If you haven’t added your domain before, click Add Domain and follow Google’s instructions to verify domain ownership (e.g., adding a DNS TXT record)

  1. Enter Domain Information in RA

  • Once verified, go back to Bildhive > Reports and Analytics > Email Report > Email Monitoring 

  • Click get started and add Integration -  the domain you just integrated appears in the window

  • Add relevant API keys or Credentials

  • Click Integrate 

  • Integration starts automatically

  • The newly integrated Domain will appear in the Email Integration Management domain list

  1. To Test integration

  • Click Test to confirm the connection

  • A notification appears indicating whether the connection was successful

  1. To access a list of the domains integrated to Google Posstmaster, go to:

  •  Reports and Analytics > Email Report >Email Monitoring

  • Click View Report to view a specific domain’s report overview.

Postmaster Domain Report Overview (Info Chart)


Metric

What it Means

Total Reports

Number of Postmaster reports available for the selected period.

Avg Spam rate

Percentage of emails flagged as spam by recipients

Avg Delivery Rate

Percentage of emails delivered successfully

Avg Complaint Rate

Percentage of recipients who marked emails as spam/unwanted 

Total Auth Failures

Number of failed authentication attempts (e.g. SPF, DKIM issues)



Postmaster Domain Report – Details (Info Chart)

The Postmaster Details tab provides a daily breakdown of your domain’s reputation, spam activity, and deliverability. This data is sourced from Google Postmaster and helps you monitor the health of your email-sending infrastructure.


Field

Description

Report Date

The date for which the performance data is reported.

Domain

The sending domain being analyzed.

Spam Rate

Percentage of emails marked as spam by recipients.

Complaint Rate

Rate of complaints (spam reports) relative to total sent emails.

Domain Reputation

Rating of the domain’s sending reputation (e.g. High, Medium, Low).

IP Reputation

Rating of the IP’s sending reputation (separate from the domain).

Delivery Rate

Percentage of successfully delivered emails versus total sent.



Postmaster Domain Reputation Report 

This report displays how trustworthy Gmail considers your sending domain. A higher reputation means your emails are more likely to reach inboxes. Monitor this to maintain or improve deliverability.


Verification Report


Introduction:

BH tracks the status of ALL your leads’ email addresses in the CRM. The Verification Report displays this status to help maintain a high-quality, deliverable email list. It validates each email address, flags risky or undeliverable addresses, and highlights recipient engagement behavior—all of which support a strong sender reputation.


Access:

  1. Go to: Reports and Analytics > Email Report > Verification Report

  2. Review the Verification Report overview or 

  3. Click View Details to see a detailed report of the verification data


Verification Data Details (Info Chart)

Column

What it Means

Email

The email address that was verified.

Behavior

Engagement profile: disengaged, engager, highly_engaged

Risk

Indicates the likelihood of bounce or spam complaints (low, medium, high)

Disposable Address

Flags temporary/throwaway addresses (Yes/No)

Is Bot

Detects if the email belongs to an automated bot. 

Result

Shows verification outcome (Deliverable, Undeliverable, or Risky)

Reason

Provides additional context for undeliverable or risky emails.



Blocklist Monitoring

Introduction:

Blocklist Monitoring checks your sending domains and IP addresses against a curated blocklist index. If an asset is flagged, you’ll receive alerts to help protect your sender reputation. 


!!  What Does “Blocklisted” Mean?

An IP or domain flagged by anti-spam services due to issues like spam complaints or sending to invalid addresses. Being blocklisted can cause your emails to land in spam or be rejected.


How to Use Blocklist Monitoring

  1. To Add Asset: 

  • Click + Add Asset and enter the IP or domain you want to monitor.

  1. To Manage Notifications: 

  • Configure alerts so the right team members are informed if an asset is blocklisted.

  1. To Review Status: 

  • Use the table to see the asset type, status, current blocklists, date added, and last check.

Description

Asset Name

The IP or domain being monitored.

Asset Type

Indicates if the asset is an IP or a domain.

Status

Current health (Clear or Blocklisted).

Current Blocklists

Lists blocklists currently flagging the asset.

Added At

Date the asset was added. 

Last Checked At

Last check against blocklists).
