Introduction:
Once your websites or landing pages are designed, use this app to publish them.
A domain name and web hosting are both required to publish a website. You must purchase your domain name from one of the many domain name registrars (such as GoDaddy). Bildhive can handle your hosting needs, although it is not mandatory.
!! About your SSL Certificate
If you do your Hosting with Bildhive, your SSL is Assigned automatically.

Info: About Domains,
A Domain is the Online Name of a website and its address. Domain Names are an Important Asset in Branding as they help people remember website addresses. You Must Purchase your Domain Name before you Add it, then do the following:
2. Add your First Domain
At the Top Right of the screen, click Add Domain
In the Add the Domain to Your Project Pop-up, Enter the Domain
From the Assign the Domain Dropdown, select which Website/ Landing page to assign this domain to
Click Next
!! You Can’t See your Website in the Dropdown?
The dropdown will Only Display websites and landing pages Built Using the Website and Landing Page Builder (WLPB).
!! Did you Purchase your Domain Through a Third Party?
Please Edit your DNS Settings and Point your A Record to Bildhive's IP Address (159.89.114.168)
3. Settings for Domain
To change your domain’s DNS settings, log into your Provider Account
In the Publishing Manager, on the Settings for Domain Pop-up, click View Instructions
In the Set up your Existing Domain to Connect to Bildhive pop-up, follow the Step-by-step instructions
Once you have completed all the Steps, go to the bottom of the Pop-up and click Close
Back in the Settings for Domain pop-up, click Connect
!! Be Patient
The Propagation can take up to 24 Hours.
!! What is a Parked Page and how can you direct it to your website?
When you Purchase A Domain, if there's no A Record (IP address) specified, the third party might display a temporary or Parked Page.
The A Record points the domain to your Website once it's created.
To Switch from a Parked Page to your Website,
go to your domain Settings on the provider’s account.
Add An A Record Pointing To Bildhive's IP Address.
This ensures your domain directs visitors to your actual website instead of displaying a parked page.
Also, ensure that your domain does not have multiple A records. Delete any existing A Records that aren’t BIldhive’s IP Address.
Info: The Domains you Create are Listed in the Domain List Screen.
In this screen, you will see the Domain Name, the Connection Status (Connected or Not Connected), the Date the project was added, and the Web Project assigned to the Domain.
!! After a Website has Run its Course, you can Repurpose its Domain for Another Project
Let’s say you created a Domain for the Landing Page in Phase 1, you can continue using it in Phase 2. To do this, click the Arrow next to the old Project and, from the Dropdown, select the New Web Project you want the domain assigned to.
4. Repurpose a Domain and use it in a Different Project
Click the Arrow next to the old Project and, from the Dropdown, select the New Web Project you want the domain assigned to
Then, open the Website Builder and Publish the new website
