Introduction: 


This app allows selected users to monitor, review, measure, and analyze various Bildhive platform activities in one cohesive application. Users can make better short- and long-term decisions by analyzing what's working and what's not.


For instructions on using the Reports and Analytics App for High Rise projects, please refer to the Reports and Analytics for High Rise Projects Manual.

Get Started

1. Launch the Reports and Analytics App (RA)

  1. Go to the project’s Workplace,

  2. Under Administration & Team Management, find Reports and Analytics (RA)

  3. Click on it



Email Report


Info: As soon as you enter the app, you land on the Email Report Screen where you can view a List of all the Sent Broadcasts.

2. Open the Email Report 

  1. To Open the Email Report Screen from any other screen, go to the Left Navigation Bar and select Email Report


3. View the Report Overview of a Broadcast

  1. To View the Details of a Broadcast Reportfirst Find the Broadcast in the List

  2. Then go to the End of the Row and click View Report

  3. This redirects you to the Overview Tab


4. View the Opens and Clicks Report of a Broadcast

  1. To view the Opens and Clicks, go to the Email Report screen

  2.  Find the Broadcast in the List 

  3. Then go to the End of the Row and click View Report

  4. This redirects you to the Overview Tab of the Broadcast

  5. Scroll to the Top of the screen and click the Opens and Clicks  Tab

  6. You will see an Opens and clicks chart by date

  7. As well, you will see a list of the most active recipients

5. View the Bounces, Unsubscribes, and Complaints Report of a Broadcast

  1. To view the Bounces, Unsubscribes and Complaints Report, go to the Email Report screen

  2. In the Broadcast List, Find the One you are interested in 

  3. Then go to the End of the Row and click View Report

  4. This redirects you to the Overview Tab of the Broadcast

  5. Scroll to the Top of the screen and click the Other Activities tab

  6. From the Submenu on the Left, select BouncedUnsubscribes or Complained

6. Download a CSV of a Broadcast Report

  1. On the Left Navigation Bar, click Email Report

  2. In the Broadcast List, Find the One you are interested in 

  3. Then go to the End of the Row and click View Report

  4. At the Top Right of the Broadcast Screen, click Download: CSV 


Lead Report


7. Open the Lead Report

  1. To Open the Lead Report Screen from any other screen, go to the Left Navigation Bar and select Lead Report


8. Select Period to Report

  1. At the Top Right of the screen, click the Dropdown Menu and select a Period to Report

  2. This opens the Lead Report Charts for that Period

  3. You can Adjust the Period at any time


Leads Over Time Chart


!! What does the ‘Leads Over Time’ Chart Show?

 It shows the Month-over-month Growth Rate of Sales Qualified Leads.

It helps you Predict Future Revenue, including possible fluctuations.


9. View the Lead Details

  1. To view the Details, find the Leads Over Time Chart and at the Top Right, click View Details



Leads Source Chart


!! What does the ‘Leads Source’ Chart Show?

 It shows the Source that drove the Marketing Lead to Register.

It helps Determine where to Put Advertising Efforts.


10. View the Lead Details 

  1. To view the Details, find the Leads Source Chart and at the Top Right, click View Details


Marketing Lead to Sales Opportunity Chart 


!! What does the ‘Marketing Lead to Sales Opportunity’ Chart Show?

 It shows the Number or Percentage of marketing leads (ML) who convert to Sales/Opportunity leads (SOL) total (day, month, quarter, year, lifetime).

It helps you Predict Revenue Growth and Indicates the Quality of Marketing and Lead-screening Efforts.


11. View the Lead Details 


  1. To view the Details, find the Marketing Lead to Sales Opportunity Chart and at the Top Right, click View Details


Lead Velocity Chart 


!! What does the ‘Lead Velocity’ Chart Show?

 It shows the Month-over-month Growth rate of sales qualified leads.


!! Why Track this Information?

It helps you Predict Future Revenue Growth, including possible Fluctuations.


12. View the Lead Details 

  1. To view the Details, find the Lead Velocity Chart  and at the Top Right, click View Details


13. Print a PDF of the Charts or Download a CSV of the Lead Report

  1. To Print the Charts, go to the Top Righ of the Lead Report Screen and click Print Charts

  2. To Download a CSV filego to the Top Right of the Lead Report Screen and click Download CSV

  3. Or go to the Top Right of the Detail Page of any chart and click Download CSV


Pipeline Report


14. Open the Pipeline Report

  1. To Open the Pipeline Report Screen from any other screen, go to the Left Navigation Bar and select Pipeline Report


15. Select Period to Report

  1. At the Top Right of the screen, click the Dropdown Menu and select a Period to Report

  2. This opens the Pipeline Report Charts for that Period

  3. You can Adjust the Period at any time

Average Sales Cycle Length Chart

Inventory Report - Overview


  1. Open the Inventory Report


  1. To Open the Inventory Report Screen from any other screen, go to the Left Navigation Bar and select Inventory Report


 

  1. Select Period to Report


  1. At the Top Right of the screen, click the Dropdown Menu and select a Period to Report

  2. This opens the Inventory Report Charts for that Period

  3. You can Adjust the Period at any time 



Lot Inventory by Status Chart

Inventory Report - Pricing History


  1. Open the Pricing History Tab of the Inventory Report


  1. To Open the Pricing History tab of the Inventory Report Screen, go to the Left Navigation Bar and select Inventory Report

  2. At the Top Left of the Inventory Screen, Next to the Overview Tab, select the Pricing History Tab


 

  1. Select Period to Report


  1. At the Top Right of the screen, click the Dropdown Menu and select a Period to Report

  2. This opens the Pipeline Report Charts for that Period

  3. You can Adjust the Period at any time

  1. View the Pricing History by Lot or Model/Elevation


  1. By default, the Lot Pricing History is Open

  2. To view the Pricing History by Model/ Elevation, scroll to the Top Left of the Pricing History screenclick the By Lot Dropdown and Select By Model/Elevation


  1. Download a CSV of the Pricing History Report


  1. Go to the Top Right of the Pricing History Screen and click Download CSV



Sales Report 


  1. Open the Sales Report 


  1. To Open the Sales Report, go to the Left Navigation Bar and select Sales Report


 

  1. Select Period to Report


  1. At the Top Right of the screen, click the Dropdown Menu and select a Period to Report

  2. This opens the Sales Report Charts for that Period

  3. You can Adjust the Period at any time



  1. Choose Whether to Compare the Report with a Previous Report


  1. At the Top Right of the screen, next to the Period to Report dropdown, find the Compare To dropdown

  2. Click on it and select an Option to Compare to

  1. From the Domain List, find the Domain you wish to view a Report for

  2. Go to the End of the row and, click View Report


  1. Print a PDF or Download a CSV of the Website Report


  1. To Print the Report, go to the Top Righ of the Website Report Screen and click Print 

  2. To Download a CSV filego to the Top Right of the Website Report Screen and click Download CSV

  3. Or go to the Top Right of the Detail Page of any chart and click Download CSV
